YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Whyalla SA.

This is a fixed-term full-time contract covering parental leave, offering excellent career development opportunities within a Wesfarmers business.

You will work with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers via phone and email, and assist on our Trade Counter as needed.

Some of Your Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, in person, and through our business systems.
  • Support the Trade Store counter, handle customer requests, stock replenishment, and general housekeeping.
  • Act promptly on requests, take ownership of inquiries, and find quick resolutions within set timeframes.
  • Understand customers' sales history to identify service needs and pursue upsell opportunities.
  • Inform customers about new products and services where applicable.
What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Experience in customer service within a trade store, call centre, or retail environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with an interest in personal development.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
