As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Customer Service Manager), you will support the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, ensure smooth operations, and foster an engaging work environment. To succeed, ideally you should have:

  • Retail management or leadership experience
  • Ability to lead by example and provide excellent customer service
  • Motivational skills to inspire your team
  • Experience in training, sales, visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and security
