The role:

Our Retail Management team is recognised as a leader in delivering top-tier management to a national retail landlord with centers across Australia. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of centres across Adelaide and a few in Mount Gambier (occasion travel required). You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licenses.
  • Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets.
  • Manage and maintain bank guarantees.
  • Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level of presentation.
  • Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries and works.
  • Establish strong relationships with occupiers including managing any complaints.
  • Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
  • Provide marketing and promotional activity support.
  • Arrears management.
  • Monthly financial reporting.
  • Expense forecasting.

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management.
  • Relevant degree, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred.
  • Certificate of Registration (Mandatory).
  • Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Centre operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written).
  • Proactive and flexible.
