About The Opportunity

City Cave South Village (Kirrawee, NSW) are seeking Massage Therapists to join us due to ongoing growth. You'll be professional, enthusiastic, highly motivated, willing to go the extra mile and want to grow your skills and build repeat business. We offer a beautiful massage environment to treat guests with the amazing benefit of combining massage with float and/or sauna - which are very popular packages with our guests.

Requirements

  • Certified to perform Massage with Remedial qualifications being highly desirable
  • Registration with association/health funds prioritised over other candidates
  • Holder of current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and ABN.
  • Experience and/or willingness to build networks to build a strong client base
  • Available to work on weekdays
  • Please do not apply if you do not have an appropriate visa/residency status

  • Booking System and front of house team.
  • Existing massage guest base.
  • Extensive marketing. Google search, social media and point of sale.
  • Excellent team environment with a supportive & fun culture.
  • Fully furnished room with high quality equipment (Electric massage tables, towels, oil, towel warmer, oil warmer, electric blankets, Sonos speakers for music).

Duties Include
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patients are looked after to the highest standard
  • Evaluate client's condition and develop a proposed treatment plan
  • Maintain accurate treatment records for clients

About You
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Ability to work to a deadline.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must have a passion for their job along with being driven, motivated and hardworking.
