The Position

Are you an experienced leader passionate about early childhood education? We're seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our centre in Gunnedah. As the Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for young children and guiding our team of educators to excellence.

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

• Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR
• Working towards or hold a Bachelor of Education (Birth - 5 years)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• National Police Check
• Developing knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators
• Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators
