As a Front Office Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations—handling check-ins/outs, assisting with guest bookings, and processing payments with accuracy. Your diplomacy and guest service skills will ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression. This is an opportunity to build memorable connections with guests and hotel teams.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly, efficiently and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Answer reservations inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure procedures are followed regarding guest confidentiality and company policies.
• Take ownership of tasks as required, such as securing payments and issuing room keys to assure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain procedures related to credit and cash transactions and relevant charges to guest accounts.

• Extensive guest service experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded).
• Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential).
• Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundings.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.
