Food Services Assistant - Full Time & Part Time

Northern Beaches Hospital Food Service department is looking to employ Full & Part-time Food Services Assistants to join their busy team ASAP. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in preparing food trays for patient consumption
  • Deliver, serve, and collect patient food requirements and meal trays according to established schedules
  • Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
  • Clean and sanitize food service equipment following hospital and industry food safety standards

Selection Criteria:

  • Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (or willing to attain)
  • Experience in Healthcare Food Services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible with shifts, including early, late, and weekends
  • No working holiday visas accepted
