Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years' experience in the construction industry
  • 3-5 years in client-side project management (consultancy environment)
  • Proven delivery across full project lifecycles
  • Strong industry network of consultants and contractors
  • A reputation for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Commercially and technically sharp, with strong leadership instincts
  • Comfortable in the boardroom and on-site — you know the detail matters
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or similar
  • Current White Card and driver\'s licence
  • Unshakeable mindset: Can do. Will do. Always delivers.
Your Role

You'll lead the delivery of end-to-end projects, set the pace and tone for your team, and be a trusted advisor to your clients. You'll own outcomes — from feasibility to final handover.

Project Delivery
  • Lead multiple projects across sectors from inception to completion
  • Oversee everything from day-to-day project controls to executive updates
  • Implement smart systems and proven delivery frameworks
  • Improve project outcomes through detail, discipline, and drive
Client Management
  • Build relationships through results, not promises
  • Represent progress at a senior stakeholder level
  • Deliver to key commercial, time and quality objectives
  • Ensure your clients link you to their project's success
Leadership
  • Mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and support staff
  • Align resourcing and maintain team engagement throughout delivery
  • Report regularly on project health, team performance, and capacity
  • Create a high-performing team culture with accountability at its core
