Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a rotational graduate program based in Brisbane starting January 2026
  • Gain practical experience in construction management within the Mining and Metals sector
  • Develop leadership skills through hands-on involvement in projects across multiple commodities including Iron Ore, Bauxite, Alumina, Aluminium, Copper, Gold, Coal, Lithium, and Rare Earths
  • Work collaboratively with global teams and contribute to projects locally, regionally, and interstate
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application
  • Completion or expected completion of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Engineering between 2023 and 2025
  • Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including drug screening and background checks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for making a difference
  • Mobility and flexibility to work on construction projects locally, regionally, and interstate
  • High ambition to work in the construction industry and contribute to transforming communities and landscapes
