About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Senior Lawyer who enjoys variety in their work and wants to take ownership of interesting, high-quality matters in a growing firm.

You will advise a broad client base across a mix of transactional matters, including:

• Commercial and retail leasing
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Commercial and residential conveyancing
• Property development structuring and off-the-plan projects
• Networking with professionals and referrers to strengthen the firm's presence and grow client relationships

This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the practice. You'll work closely with the Principal and be supported by a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values initiative, integrity, and commercial thinking.

About You

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Minimum 6 years post-admission experience in commercial and/or property law
• Strong attention to detail and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset
• Confident managing files independently from start to finish
• Skilled in drafting, negotiating, and advising across a broad range of transactions
• Able to build rapport and trust with clients, referrers, and colleagues
• Comfortable representing the firm with professionalism and warmth
• Confident networking with business owners and professionals to develop referral relationships
