Data Analyst

Are you a technically skilled analyst who thrives on solving complex problems with data and automation? Pioneer Credit is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team to help us transform how we use data to drive business outcomes.

What you'll do

As a key member of our Data and Analytics function, you'll:

  • Analyse business and customer data to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Design, build, and automate data workflows using platforms and tools like Snowflake, Power Automate, SQL, ADF and CRM platforms.

What you bring

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and scripting or automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Python).
  • Experience with CRM systems and data integration tools is highly desired.
  • Hands-on experience in a contact centre or customer-focused environment is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of data modelling, segmentation, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
