Your Westpac Grad Journey

• You'll step into a permanent Graduate role, starting February 2026.
• Experience a 12, 18 or 24-month rotational journey, depending on your program.
• Be supported by a dedicated network of peers, leaders and mentors.
• Access customised learning and development to set you up for success.
• Ongoing support to prepare you for opportunities beyond the program.
  
  

Eligibility

We welcome applications from those:

• In their final year of university study, or who completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past three years.
• Australian or New Zealand citizens, or Australian Permanent Residents.
