About The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade. You'll contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.
As a Night Trading Manager, you'll guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service.
About You And Your Skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience, including coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards
- Customer obsession and understanding of diverse customer needs
- Promoting a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes health, safety, and wellbeing
