1. Senior Performance Physiotherapist

Package: $120K–$150K (Base + Performance Bonuses)
You've already built your clinical toolkit, now it's time to step up and lead.

This role is for a gun who's ready to own a niche, mentor others, and get paid for outcomes, not just hours.

Your Role

• Lead 1:1 and group rehab streams
• Run VALD-powered testing blocks
• Mentor junior staff and build stream specialisation
• Develop a nationally recognised personal brand
• Drive high standards and culture across the clinic

You'll Need

• 5+ years clinical experience
• Strong conversion + client leadership skills
• Confidence in systems-based rehab delivery
• Desire to lead, build, and be known for it

Bonus Points

• VALD experience
• Sport environment exposure
• Small group rehab delivery

2. Performance Physiotherapist

Package: $100K–$120K (Base + Bonuses)

If you're the top dog in your current clinic but feel capped… this is your breakout role.

We're hiring driven clinicians with 3–5 years experience to step into a structured rehab system and start building toward their niche, leadership, and serious impact.

Your Role

• Deliver result-driven 1:1 + small-group rehab
• Participate in weekly coaching + case reviews
• Grow into stream leadership
• Progress into Senior or Program Director roles

You'll Need

• 3–5 years in private practice or sport
• AHPRA registration
• Ability to structure long-term rehab plans
• Desire to mentor, lead, and get elite outcomes

3. AHA / Student Physiotherapist

Paid Casual Role $30-$40/hr

You're studying. But you're hungry. You want real experience, real systems, and real impact… before you even graduate.

We're offering a paid AHA position for current Physio students or new grads wanting to accelerate their learning and step into the profession with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Assist in delivery of rehab programs
• Learn VALD tech, rehab systems, and communication frameworks
• Support team logistics and recovery suite operations
• Be mentored weekly by experienced clinicians

Senior Performance Physiotherapist

• 5+ years clinical experience in private practice or performance rehab
• AHPRA registration
• Proven ability to lead clients, structure long-term rehab plans, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Confidence in team mentoring, stream development, and performance frameworks
• Bonus: experience with VALD tech and/or sport environments

Performance Physiotherapist

• 3–5 years clinical experience in musculoskeletal or sports rehab
• AHPRA registration
• Strong communication and conversion skills
• Track record of driving patient outcomes, not just completing sessions
• Eagerness to grow into leadership or specialist roles

AHA / Student Physiotherapist

• Currently studying Physiotherapy (2nd year and up) or recent graduate
• Strong interest in rehab, performance, and athlete care
• Excellent communication, time management, and initiative
• Willingness to learn, assist, and contribute to clinic outcomes
• Availability for 2–3 shifts per week (flexible with study load)
