Overview

We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Ballarat region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. You\'ll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, with opportunities to develop functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills.

Day-to-day You Will
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants\' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and explore new treatment approaches

About You

We\'re looking for OTs who see room for improvement, are passionate about participant care, and treat participant goals as personal missions, not just checkbox items. We value courage to challenge ideas when participant interests are at stake. If this sounds like you, we might be a good fit.

You Will Also Hold
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • A valid driver\'s license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • 4+ years post-grad experience with experience across disability and/or NDIS

Onshore sponsorships will be considered. $5,000 relocation bonus for interstate applicants.
