Responsibilities

In a fast-paced and busy environment, you will be responsible for leading the training function for all staff across the site in order to maintain effective day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will be someone who communicates effectively, demonstrates personal drive and integrity, and works productively with others.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure the timely training of staff (Casuals and Full times) in line with SOP's
  • Licence/compliance management
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintenance of training registers to ensure accuracy
  • Provide clear direction to stakeholders including development of goals and setting expectations
  • Consult with customers to ensure needs are being met
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 3PL environment (Retail preferred)
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of WMS and MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective time management, organization skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
