Overview

Store Manager Full Time - Dulwich Hill at Zeus Street Greek (ZSG).

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store
  • Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering
  • Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience
  • Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
Skills & Experience
  • Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
  • A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 years minimum restaurant management experience (preferred)
