As we continue to grow our footprint in the Health Food channel, we're looking for a passionate and commercially savvy National Account Manager to lead key customer relationships and unlock new opportunities for growth. As the National Account Manager (Health), you will primarily focus on:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with our health customers to drive business growth and improve health outcomes.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation in our offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to our clients.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Proven account management experience within the health, pharmacy, FMCG, or natural products industry, with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the Health Food and Natural Channel landscape including key banners, distributors, and emerging trends in wellness and natural health.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to build and execute tailored business plans that drive growth and long term partnerships.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the confidence to lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capability, with a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in a cross functional environment that requires agility, initiative, and a solutions-first attitude.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, from store teams to executive leadership.
- A passion for health and wellbeing, and a desire to work in a purpose-led organisation that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
