In 2025 Mitchell Shire is home to 64,175 residents and is forecast to grow to 221,636 by 2046.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Mitchell Shire's open spaces, providing a range of tasks daily including pruning, planting, mulching, mowing, brush cutting, and installing irrigation.
  • Cleaning and beautifying main streets to keep public spaces looking their best.
Remuneration and Tenure

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a fortnightly RDO. Remuneration begins at $72.1K to $75.7K (Band 3) plus superannuation.

About You / Qualifications
  • Highly motivated and passionate about horticulture with a proven work history in the field.
  • Contributes to a positive workplace culture.
