An opportunity exists to lead one of South Australia's leading not-for-profits, cultivating a thriving and innovative workplace culture.
This Adelaide-based role involves leading, managing and shaping a diverse team spanning human resources, learning and organisational development, quality and risk, diversity and inclusion as well as well-being and workplace safety.
The Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to whole-of-organisation projects and strategic planning cycle
- Develop effective workforce planning strategies incorporating new priorities and processes
- Ensure smooth payroll processing and meet compliance requirements
- Manage enterprise agreement renewals, staff learning and development, and work health and safety program implementation
- Advise on promoting quality services, managing risk and delivering a volunteer strategy
You'll be a passionate people person with strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
With proven executive or senior manager experience, you'll have a deep understanding of people and culture practices, workplace safety and industrial relations.
You'll be someone who can navigate change management effectively, communicate complex information clearly and present reports in relevant forums.
