We are seeking a driven packaging / graphic designer with an eye for creativity, functionality, and love for the outdoors.
Your role will involve reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager whilst collaborating with other marketing creatives to develop digital and print based solutions for local and international markets.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with the Senior Brand Manager, graphic design team on initial design objectives
- Design and develop artwork across multiple customer facing channels
- Provide finished artwork, ready for print
- Work alongside external and internal marketing creatives
- File and path Management
- Present packaging design solutions to stakeholders and management
- Efficient coordination of packaging supply chain activities including order management and inventory
Role requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications and previous experience in packaging design, graphic design and or digital design
- A keen eye for style and mastery of design elements / principles including colour, layout, typography and imagery
- Strong communication skills, both in liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and presentation of creative
- Regularly updating your skills to stay ahead in design trends and technology.
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience with relevant qualifications in either agency, freelance, or in-house graphic design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, XD) and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for 4WD/Automotive is a bonus however not essential
- Team player that genuinely enjoys working with other divisions to deliver leading customer experiences
