Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Strong Quality Engineering domain knowledge and experience in Test Data management
  • Proven ability to design and lead TDM architecture initiatives that ensure scalable, secure, and integrated technology foundations across enterprise testing systems
  • Enhance TDM capabilities with advanced test tooling pilots
  • Complete TDM strategy and Tooling ecosystem approach for enterprise scale
  • Good understanding of Test data management processes like Synchronized Data Generation and Data Provisioning, Data Privatisation (Masking), Data Subsetting, Data Set Virtualization and refresh, Test Data Orchestration and automation, Test Data mining
  • Experienced architecture skills that include 'cloud native' and experience with 'future ready' technology with characteristics like modular, event-driven, context-aware, intelligent, and personalised software
  • Experience in domain- and feature-driven design approaches and taking an end-to-end outcome view of realization and sustainability of TDM outcomes
  • Proven results in delivering major business solutions into production within multiple project teams applying design patterns and principles
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and performance testing strategies
  • Experience with CI/CD development and DevOps practices in testing environments
  • Demonstrated application of Design Thinking processes to ensure that solutions address customer needs and are viable and feasible
