    Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Cumberland and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.     What You'll Be Doing

    Provide direct nursing care to clients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Support a system of quality improvement through which outcomes of client care may be measured and contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.

    Communicate effectively with clients and other health care team members. Presents a positive image of Community Health Service to the public through a respectful, courteous and professional manner. Advocates values of the organisation through ethical behaviour, professionalism and cultural diversity.

    • Registration:Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

    Selection Criteria
    • Relevant clinical experience in speciality.
    • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
    • Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
    • Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    • Commitment to continuing professional development
    • Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
    • Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes.
