About the Role

As a Tesla Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers from the moment they walk into our showrooms to learn about Tesla through to their delivery day experience. You will help deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience, educating customers on all details of the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact through to delivery day.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, and providing exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with walk-in guests promptly and ensuring they feel welcome
  • Exciting, engaging, and educating prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, or text and outbound events
  • Helping Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives
  • Actively contributing to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs
  • Effectively presenting and selling Tesla's product offerings, including the entire Tesla ecosystem

We are seeking a highly organized and hardworking individual who has a passion for sustainable energy and exceptional client service skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork and reliability, with excellent communication and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Client service experience required
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the changes in the personal transportation industry
  • The ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
  • A strong sense of team mentality and reliability
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
