The Role
  • Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work.
