About the Role

Asthe Principal Psychologist, you will lead and coordinate the delivery ofclinical services across the Centre. Approximately 30% of your role will beconducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complexclients, with the remaining portion providing quality leadership and support.You'll provide high quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team ofpsychologists, social workers and AOD Specialists, oversee offence specific andoffence related interventions and contribute to program development thatsupports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation. This role balances clinicaldepth with operational oversight which is perfect for a high-impact, hands-onleader.
