About the role

The Junior Project Manager will manage small project teams using internal and external resources to deliver One Schneider solutions to clients. Our projects range from small to large technical services packages with high levels of system integration and can be on construction sites or within operating Data Centers.

What you'll be responsible for
  1. Create and execute projects including scope, budget, objectives, resourcing, and managing rituals such as standups or retros.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions.
  3. Team and Resource Management: Manage people, materials, and budget to ensure they are efficient and effective in achieving the project objectives.
Skills you'll need
  1. Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
  2. Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
  3. Results orientation: Focuses on outcomes and the steps it takes to achieve them.
