High-Growth FinTech Firm | Managing Director – Australia

$200,000 – $270,000 per year on experience + Bonus

A successful UK-based technology solutions provider is expanding into the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, shape, and grow the Australian division of an innovative and ambitious company in the technology and digital solutions sector.

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for executing the market entry strategy, establishing operations, and driving commercial success. This role is perfect for a highly driven leader with strong business development expertise and an extensive network of industry relationships.

Role

  • Lead business expansion by identifying and securing key clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to position the company as a key player in Australia.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to support business objectives.
  • Oversee operations, financial performance, and compliance to ensure sustainable growth.
