Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Australian immigration laws and policies, coupled with a passion for assisting clients in navigating complex immigration processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a diverse caseload and provide strategic legal advice.

This role is ideal for a passionate legal professional who understands the intricacies of the Skilled Independent (subclass 189), Skilled Nominated (subclass 190), and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visas, as well as working on ART reviews, Partner Visas and general Immigration law cases. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing applications, and representing clients in tribunal appeals where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and compliance.
• Represent clients in tribunals and court proceedings as necessary.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in immigration law and policy to ensure clients receive up-to-date advice.
• Collaborate with our legal team to develop innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• A valid Australian legal practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex immigration cases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.
