The Role

We are seeking talented Sommeliers, Wait Staff, and Hosts to join our teams on a full-time basis. Roles are available at various venues in Narooma, offering opportunities to learn and advance your career in hospitality. To succeed, candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industry
• Confidence in customer engagement, including greeting guests, learning and discussing menus, taking orders, and serving
• Experience in fast-paced restaurants, bistros, or hotels
• Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff
• Skills in setting and clearing tables to high standards, managing multiple tables, and anticipating guest needs
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and processing payments
