Physical Therapist PRN - Heart & Vascular

Join us as a Physical Therapist PRN - Heart & Vascular at Community Health Network.

Job Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will interpret initial evaluation results, determine appropriate patient goals, and develop treatment plans. You will modify treatment plans as needed and utilize appropriate treatment techniques. Additionally, you will participate in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students and contribute to inter-disciplinary program planning. Maintaining a safe environment conducive to effective team functioning, positive patient outcomes, and personal safety is essential.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit
  • Eligible for both experienced and new graduate Physical Therapists
  • Knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy, current materials, technological advances, and professional trends
  • Effective communication skills with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to lift/transfer patients and treatment supplies without restriction
  • Understanding of behavioral, developmental, physical, emotional needs across different age groups
