What You'll Do

Step into a pivotal leadership role where technology meets transformation. As our Digital Applications Manager, you'll drive the strategy, development, and performance of TGE's core digital platforms-including MyTeamGE, our corporate website, and intranet. You'll champion innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our applications are secure, scalable, and customer-centric.

Your Impact

  • Own the full lifecycle of digital applications-from strategy to support
  • Shape and execute roadmaps that align with customer and driver needs
  • Lead blended teams (internal and vendor) to deliver enhancements and projects
  • Manage integrations across CMS, WebMethods, and AWS environments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless, secure digital experiences
  • Apply your technical expertise in Active Directory, identity management, and front-end development
  • Drive continuous improvement using SDLC, ITIL, and customer experience best practices

Who You Are

  • Degree-qualified in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in digital or customer-focused environments
  • Proven leader with a track record of delivering customer-first strategies
  • Skilled in Java, microservices, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
  • Passionate about building high-performing teams and meaningful digital solutions
