Dynamic Anaesthetist Opportunity in Coastal City

The Hospital's Anaesthetic Department has new opportunities available for Consultants / Staff Specialists to join their team.

We are seeking medical practitioners who are interested in supporting the development of anaesthetic services, developing anaesthesia research within the department, and Anaesthetists who are experienced with Paediatric cases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric anaesthetic skills, a varied case mix, and teaching ability. They will also support the team with airway management in ICU and Paediatric NICU.

  • Busy orthopaedic department including paediatrics

  • Current team of 12 Anaesthetists

Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Fellowship of ANZCA (FANZCA)
  2. Competent Authority Pathway or comparable assessment by ANZCA College
  3. Doctors holding Fellowship with ANZCA within the next 6 months

This role is eligible for up to $10,000 in incentives under the Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme for Staff Specialists.
