Mums Angels has been operating in SEQ for 22 years and is renowned for taking care of both clients and cleaners. We assist our cleaners in creating a roster filled with grateful clients who appreciate and respect their work. We are selective about the clients we accept to ensure our cleaners feel valued. We also support you in creating an efficient roster that respects your time and income needs.

We aim to provide our cleaners with as much work as they want, without overworking them, because we value long-term relationships.

Our culture emphasizes support and compassion. We recognize that we are all human. Deborah, the founder of Mums Angels, started the company as a single mother with two children, with no family nearby for support. Mums Angels was a way to financially support her family while being available for her children.

A domestic cleaning and housekeeping role with Mums Angels allows you to create a weekly or fortnightly schedule with regular clients, typically cleaning bathrooms, floors, kitchens, and bedrooms. We are very service-oriented, aiming to support our clients wherever possible.

Your working hours can be part-time or full-time, scheduled at times that suit both you and your clients. Many cleaners work part-time, especially mothers during school hours, or semi-retired individuals seeking a healthy work/life balance.

All clients will be within half an hour's drive from your home.

Requirements
  • Be prepared to obtain an ABN; you will manage your own tax and super as a subcontractor.
  • Own a reliable vehicle; a clear criminal record is required.
  • Be available to work during school holidays and provide reliable service to clients.
  • Be comfortable with pets, especially cats and dogs.
  • Be available to commit to a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
Job Details
  • Pay: $34.00 – $40.30 per hour
  • Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
  • Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, no weekends
  • Language: Fluent English required
  • Licence/Certification: Driver Licence required
  • Work Authorisation: Australia required
