About the Role

We are currently seeking a team of highly skilled Support Workers to join our new SIL House in Caboolture to support participants in living independently.

About You

To uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creativity, Inspiration, Mindfulness, & Boldness, our support staff should meet the following mandatory experience and compliance criteria:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Support Worker in behaviours of concern and SIL environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Disability, or related industry
  • Experience in Mental Health, Schizophrenia, Autism, ASD, BSP
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Medication Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Drivers Licence and fully insured vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster
