Job summary
  • Flexible hours available
  • Expected salary: $32 - $38 per week
Your requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
  • At least 6 months of experience in mental health, autism, or disability support
  • Willingness to assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily tasks
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Your Responsibilities
  • Assist participants with personal care, medications, and hygiene
  • Support development of independent living and life skills
  • Assist with community access and household tasks like shopping, cooking, and cleaning
  • Implement support plans including those for challenging behaviors
  • Provide care in participants' homes or within our group homes
