Administrative & Client Experience Specialist

Base pay range: A$70,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr

Calling all: Administrative & Customer Experience/Support Specialists who are keen to assist clients to build their wealth.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in our clients' investment journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Journey Support: Provide seamless administrative support throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring exceptional experiences.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure deadlines are met by liaising with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Team Support: Assist the buying team with administrative tasks to streamline operations.
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office tasks and upkeep, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Agent Liaison: Contact sales agents to obtain key information and facilitate property acquisitions.

About You: You are a highly organised, self-sufficient professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You love problem-solving, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to the success of your colleagues and clients. You have an ability to think about how the customer is experiencing the business and enjoy continuously improving systems and processes. You're positive and bubbly with a can-do attitude.
