Role Opportunity
We are looking for an Area Manager with demonstrated experience in the delivery of NPI projects through the full project lifecycle from studies through to execution. Work on a major Iron Ore sustaining capital project.
- Initial 12-month contract with strong possibility of extension.
- $135 - $145 ph inclusive of super, depends on level of experience.
- Perth CBD location with WFH flexibility.
- Site visits as required.
- Ideally you will be degree qualified with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working as an Area Manager, Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer managing project delivery.
- EPCM experience in the delivery of NPI projects from tenders to studies, design and execution.
- Technical experience with NPI projects containing access roads, workshops (heavy and light vehicle), warehouses, office buildings, fuel farms, power, water, and communications facilities.
- Previous experience working on major Iron Ore projects.
- Drive the successful delivery and completion of a non-process infrastructure (NPI) project.
- Develop project goals and objectives by preparing management plans and milestones.
- Oversee project finances by managing budgets, reviewing expenditures, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project schedules, report progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and teams.
- Maintain reporting frameworks to track progress and support decision-making.
We are working closely with a well-regarded Engineering & Project Delivery consultant. They have a successful track record delivering projects across the mining and resources sector.
