About the role:
The Social Media Manager at MCoBeauty will take the lead in shaping a bold, trend-driven digital presence From crafting scroll-stopping content to engaging with our community, you'll drive high-impact campaigns that captivate and convert. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
  • Keep our content fresh by identifying trends, audience insights, and creative opportunities.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, social-first video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Tailor content to fit platform-specific trends while staying true to MCoBeauty's aesthetic.
  • Support the launch of social campaigns, product activations, and influencer partnerships.

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in social media content creation, management, and strategy, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
  • Proficiency in video shooting & editing (CapCut expertise a plus).
  • Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset—you love tracking performance and optimising content.
  • Organised & trend-savvy—you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing new ideas to the table.
