Guest Experience Host

Summary: As a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator Team Leader, you will manage the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager. You will also schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, greet and register owners and guests, provide information on local area attractions, and complete all department-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Guest Experience Hosts and ensure high service levels and seamless check-in processes.
- Schedule sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts and via livestream.
- Greet and register owners and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, including generating sales appointments and meeting weekend and public holiday shifts.
