Experienced Optometrist Opportunity – Specsavers Queanbeyan, NSW

We're looking for a dedicated optometrist to join our team at Specsavers Queanbeyan on a part-time basis. Available shifts include Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with a contract duration of 12 months. About the store and role:

• Work in a two-test room store equipped with market-leading equipment, Auto-Phoropter, Auto-Refractor including OCT free of charge for every patient
• Collaborate with a team of 2 experienced optometrists who are committed to mentoring and supporting you whenever needed, fostering professional growth
• Enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment
• Benefit from regular, in person CPD events, providing opportunities for ongoing learning and skill enhancement to collaborate closely with local ophthalmologists to co-manage patients, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care
• Engage with a primarily older demographic, with a significant prevalence of diabetic patients, allowing you to focus on pathology, chronic disease management, and therapeutics
