An exciting opportunity exists to join the Operations team at CopRice Leeton as a Premix Blender Operator. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic business and responsible for quality and quantity of CopRice products including the smooth operation of the Premix on a day-to-day basis in adherence to safe work practices and quality standards.

You will bring with you the following knowledge.

• Good knowledge of Premix Blending
• Understanding of HACCP
• Chain of responsibility knowledge
• Understanding of quality and Good Manufacturing Process requirements
• Forklift License
• Education Level Year 12 or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of GMP requirements in a human food grade facility.
• Previous experience in manufacturing
