Overview

Working closely with our Project Managers and delivery team, you'll help coordinate end-to-end documentation, compliance, contractor engagement and project reporting - ensuring high-quality, community-led homes are delivered on time and to standard.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in the coordination of multiple SDA projects
  • Support contract admin, documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and approvals alongside PMs
  • Monitor timelines, variations, and procurement schedules
  • Help maintain quality standards and reporting across all live projects
What You'll Bring
  • 2–4 years' experience in project coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders clearly and professionally
  • Knowledge of residential builds, social housing, or SDA compliance (ideal)
  • Proficiency in project management tools and documentation platforms
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the team
