About the Role

As Learning Design Lead at NIDA Corporate, you'll spearhead the creation of innovative, high-impact training experiences that blend NIDA's unique methodology with the evolving needs of corporate clients. Leading a talented Learning Design team, you'll ensure our offerings are commercially effective, scalable, and consistently high-quality across all delivery formats. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align training solutions with strategic goals, drive innovation in content and delivery, and oversee tutor engagement and development. With a sharp eye on client feedback, industry trends, and operational efficiency, including platforms like Salesforce and AI, you'll play a key role in shaping a future-focused training portfolio that delivers measurable value to clients and supports NIDA's financial and educational objectives.

About You

You are a confident and collaborative leader with a deep understanding of learning design from a corporate client perspective, backed by over five years of experience creating impactful training programs. With a proven ability to manage teams and external partners, you bring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to a dynamic environment. You're adept at designing both face-to-face and online courses, and comfortable using a range of digital tools, from CRM platforms to collaborative software, to drive efficiency and innovation. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, you thrive on continuous improvement, embrace change, and are committed to fostering inclusive practices that support diverse learners and teams.

This is a full-time 2-year contract with base annual salary is $110,000 + 12% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

Considerations

• You are required to have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this role. This role is not suited to a working holiday visa holder.
• A valid Working with Children Check for NSW is essential. Having one or being willing to get one and to support and implement NIDA's Child Safe Strategies is necessary to undertake this role.
