Our OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to lead and oversee construction site operations in Sydney. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organise, and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure compliant and successful project execution.
- Manage contractors and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality control procedures are strictly upheld.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive site documentation and reports.
- Align site practices with project goals and company values.
- Drive a collaborative and motivated team environment, fostering strong site morale.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management within the construction industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Building & Construction or related fields.
- Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and First Aid certification.
- Robust technical expertise in managing construction sites and projects.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills, enhancing team collaboration and client relationships.
- Professionalism in every aspect, demonstrating punctuality and preparedness.
- Strong desire and ability to work within a collaborative team setting.
- Confidence in a relaxed and comfortable manner during interactions and decision-making processes.
- Ability to articulate relevant examples to showcase key behaviours and skills.
