The role

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants to join our team inAustralind area on a casual basis. We are seeking candidates who have at least three weekdays available (Monday, Thursday, and Friday—is strongly preferred). Our busiest period of care delivery is between 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. If you are available for some, or all of this time period then we would love to hear from you

Servicing Suburb: Australind, Binningup, Brunswick, Burekup, Eaton, Leschenault, Millbridge, Parkfield, Pelican Point, Roelands, Vittoria, Waterloo, Wellesley

(you might also be required to travel to Bunbury areas - Boyanup, Bunbury, Carey Park, College Grove, Dalyellup, Dardanup, Dardanup West, Donnybrook, East Bunbury, Ferguson, Gelorup, Glen Iris, Henty, Paradise, Picton, Picton East, South Bunbury, Stratham, Usher, Withers)

Our Domestic Assistants support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home such as prescribed within the care/support plan enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible. Responsibilities include a range of domestic tasks incl. making their beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor, with some social support in the community. Domestic Assistants will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.Experience in the role is desirable, however not essential. If you have 3-6 months experience in a cleaning role, we'd love to hear from you

About you

• 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience
• A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
