JQWS is seeking an experienced, commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our premium global spirits portfolio — including NEFT Vodka and Shinobu Whisky.

JQWS is a premium liquor importer and distributor, proudly bringing exceptional spirits from around the world into the Australian market. We work with craft producers and legendary distilleries to deliver authentic brand experiences to consumers, retailers, and venues alike.

We're in a major growth phase — with new brands, new markets, and a growing national presence — and we're looking for a sales leader who can help drive the next stage of success.

The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will:

Develop and execute our national sales strategy

Manage and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors and sales reps

Build strong senior relationships with national retail partners (Endeavour Group, Coles Liquor, ALM, etc.)

Drive new product listings and promotional execution

Lead forecasting, reporting, and monthly team reviews

Represent JQWS at major tastings, trade shows, and retail events

Work closely with marketing and operations to align field activation with strategic goals

About You

Proven track record in national account or sales leadership within the liquor, FMCG, or premium goods space

Strong existing relationships with key retailers highly regarded

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, "lead from the front" approach

Capable of managing people and performance across multiple states

Confident in forecasting, sales reporting, and CRM use

Excellent communicator and negotiator

Willing to travel interstate and attend key trade events

Must have proven experience in the alcohol industry, with strong existing relationships across major national retailers, on-premise groups, and key trade customers
