Overview

Ellerslie Farms Group is recruiting for FMCG Cleaners to join a new project. Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product integrity and thrive in a time-sensitive, diverse working environment. About Ellerslie Farms Group

Ellerslie Farms Group is an agribusiness that operates one of the largest poultry farms in Australia. We employ over 400 people across our farming operations based at Millmerran, Queensland. Our operations cover the entire supply chain from chick rearing, grain production, stock feed milling, egg grading and poultry production. Our layer systems include Cage, Cage-free, Free Range and Organic. We have in-house service teams coordinating vaccination, relocation, veterinary and nutrition services. The Role

You will work within a team to clean an FMCG facility, meeting deadlines and critical hygiene standards, to ensure the continuity of day-to-day production processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all food hygiene standards
• Teamwork focus
• Complete all tasks within WHS guidelines
• Communicate effectively internally and with business partners
• Expand your skills with hands-on training
• Proactively participate in Quality Assurance, Bio-security, Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety and other compliance with relevant company codes of conduct, statutory acts and regulations

Skills and Experience

• A demonstrated history of experience in FMCG cleaning
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
• Effective communication skills

Important notes

Please note: Candidates must adhere to strict bio-security requirements, which include not keeping live birds, chickens or pigs at home. You must be willing to sign our bio-security agreement to avoid contact with any avian species (birds, chickens, ducks, turkeys, etc.).

Eligibility
