Occupational Therapist (OT) - Adult Caseload, West/North Melbourne (Part-time or Full-time)

What you will do:

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with adult clients in the northern and western suburbs, helping them gain independence, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life. Your role will include:

  • Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs
  • Providing caregiver coaching and education to support long-term progress
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes
  • Participating in supervision, team meetings, and case conferences

About you:

  • Be passionate for enhancing the skills and independence of clients with disabilities.
  • Have outstanding assessment and evidence-based Occupational Therapy intervention skills.
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with full AHPRA registration
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's licence & reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle for community visits
  • You hold (or are willing to obtain) a police check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), & professional indemnity insurance
  • You have excellent communication skills & an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • An open-minded attitude, as well as a flexible & approachable manner
  • The ability to think outside the box and use initiative to solve problems and improve services.
  • Experience in the NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded.
