The Role

We\u2019re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking educator to join our team at Malvern Campus. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing student learning and wellbeing by developing and implementing teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs and strengths of our students.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Malvern Campus, with the role starting at the beginning of Term 1 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of the content and teaching strategies to develop engaging learning outcomes
• Apply teaching strategies based on knowledge of students\u2019 physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning
• Use effective teaching strategies to integrate ICT into learning and teaching programs to make selected content relevant and meaningful
• Develop, select and use informal and formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess student learning
• Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school priorities
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours

Skills And Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a generalist classroom teacher with exceptional understanding of the principles of teaching and learning in the primary years
• Experience with the IB PYP Program (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire children
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
• Seasoned time management and organisational skills
• Hold a current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications
